公司委派员工组成项目组，代表业主在项目 实施中的各阶段，从前期策划、项目定义、项目融资安排，到工程设计、采购、施工、试运行等阶段；对工程质量、进度和费用进行全面管理，从而确保项目目标的实现。 WEN JING TIAN shall provide Project Management Contract (PMC) services by assigning a team of experienced personnel to perform management work throughout the various stages of Project Execution from Project Planning, Definition, Project Financing, Designing, Procurement, construction, to commissioning. Its professional management on Project Quality, Schedule and Cost Control shall help the Client to ensure achievement of the project goal. |
